I have had the opportunity to travel in the Western US on multiple occasions...here are a few shots from Yosemite, Sonoma Valley, Redwoods, and Point Reyes.

All my images are captured with thought, creativity, and an undying passion to encapsulate the rarest moments. I am a retired Soldier of 20 plus years and translate a Soldiers' value system into a creative essence; striving to recreate the moment in an authentic digital image. A value system forged while serving in the U.S. Army Infantry, and Army Rangers I place honor, integrity, and loyalty foremost in my work and relationships. Although always having a love of photographs I did not get started until later in life. Photography, for me, is more of a personal journey…an examination of nature in its finest detail. My personal photography goal is to provide a perspective, seen through the camera, that will illicit excitement, wonder, curiosity, hope, and distress for our natural surroundings. We walk through life and do not really see all the best details. I shoot with a digital SLR, Canon 5D and professional grade lenses. My art prints are created with archival paper and inks then placed in custom frames with museum grade, non-glare glass. Each piece is created with equal care and concern for the best result. Currently attending the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, I plan to work toward a master’s degree in photography. I continue to travel to broaden my experience and expand my portfolio. I have been capturing images for six years and have traveled on every continent with the exception of Antarctica. In the years to come I will be working extensively in the Western United States, the South Pacific, Central America and Europe. My hope is to capture the rapidly depleting natural resources and endangered creatures in the more remote areas of the world. I have been in many art shows in the Southeast, my work is displayed at the Wildlight Gallery in Sequim Washington, and I list photos at Photographers Direct and Alamy.
